Founded by Colleen Mizuki, a coach, trainer, and speaker with over two decades of experience training high-stress clients in resiliency and peak performance, and George Reynolds, a U.S. Army veteran with over three decades of service, Trellis Life Management is dedicated to helping you achieve and sustain your well-being goals.

Our team has invested decades exploring and rigorously assessing diverse approaches to enhancing our Brain-Mind-Body capacities. From this deep exploration, we've pioneered a transformative process for discovering comprehensive well-being and fulfillment in life.
